Midsole

The FF BLAST™ cushioning of this model ensures good bounce and gives your run an energetic look. The foam is lightweight, comfortable and provides a trampoline effect while you run. 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM technology offers extra support by naturally guiding your foot forward while running. In addition to the foam in the midsole, ASICS has incorporated its unique gel technology PureGEL™ in this shoe. This gel provides a high level of comfort, partly due to the shock absorption that reduces the impact on your joints. Upper

A mesh upper makes the GT-1000 14 TR highly breathable and comfortable to wear while running.
